Faux fur is on trend this season, it has been for the past few seasons and I don’t see that changing. You can find jackets in so many styles and colors. I’ve linked a few options at the end of this post. The only rules here are to pick faux fur over real fur because that is cruel, and have fun with whatever style and color you pick!
These Levi’s mile high skinny jeans in shut the front are amazing. Yes, shut the front door is the name of the wash! They fit like a glove and are high-wasted which I love. I have abandoned all other skinny jeans after purchasing this pair. I need to add a black pair to my wardrobe ASAP.
This beaded clutch from Anthropologie was a gift from my boss. I have to say she knows my style well because I absolutely love it! The beading, the fur, the velvet bow all add a lux feel to another otherwise basic outfit. I like playing with patterns and textures, mixing the unexpected accessory into an outfit.
This cute faux fur jacket was a gift as well, given to me years ago. I shied away from wearing it because I felt like I didn’t have the right occasion. These days, I wear what makes me feel great and I don’t worry about being overdressed for the the occasion. If it makes me feel great, than I am wearing it.
