Headspace app. As our lives and our MINDS have become so cluttered with the constant demands of our responsibilities. This app gives you tools and structure to get some peace in an otherwise packed head. With just 20 minutes a day, meditation has shown to change the way our brains process stressors. I am hooked.
Bitches who clean house. These women push the envelop, start the important conversations, demonstrate that girl power still exists, can rock a pants suite, don’t conform to societies norms and put the men in their places. Just to name a few, here are my favs: Mindy Kaling, Hillary Clinton, Cheryl Sandberg, Malala Yousafzai and Joanna Coles.
Clinique all about eyes. My twice a day ritual, this eye cream works!
Taylor Swift. With her new pop album she has demonstrated once again she is driving success on her terms. Her anthem to the judgy-judgers out there is one of my favorite messages going out there! What can I say, I love love her!
Dance parties just because. Be it in the kitchen, while getting ready for the day, with family or in the car, nothing beats shaking your booty to a great beat. I vow to do more of this in 2015!
Eyebrows. A full set like that of Lily Collins and Cara Delelingne have been all the rage in 2014 and fingers crossed that full eyebrows continue to have their time in the spot light.
Not taking myself too seriously. Let’s remember our universal anthem, in the words ‘s of Cindy Lauper, “Girls just wanna have fun!” And this girl is gonna have some fun in 2015!
Secret clinical deodorant. No one likes a girl with sticky pits and this stuff keeps me dry and stink free.
Bobbie brown makeup. Her makeup line is the best of the basics. From a large range of foundation colors to lips colors that are extremely wearable. I am obsessed with the chocolate shimmer gel eyeliner.
Wine at any and all times. Cheers! Need I say more?
